“非国家空间”诗歌写作与传播的形成，是国家与社会全面转型的结果。建国后，国家控制了诗歌生产者生存方式、诗歌生产传播方式、诗歌写作内容形式，但是诗歌在非国家空间一直存在并发展着，形成了与国家共生互补的态势。造成诗歌非国家空间形成的动因是:诗歌功能向文本本体转移；诗人角色向个体本位归位；诗歌报刊向经济本位靠拢。

Thorough transformation of the nation and society leads to the writing and promulgating of the poesy of non-state space. After the liberation of China, the state controlled the living and developing of the poets, the ways of poesy's promulgation, the context and form of the poesy writing. But the poesy has always made progress, and it co-exists and complements the state. Three reasons account for the development of the poesy's non-state space: the functional shift to the text; return to poets'roles as individuals; the approximation of the poesy, newspapers and periodicals to economy.
