西南地区不仅地理环境复杂，各种自然灾害严重，而且人为灾害也分布广泛，类型多样，不仅有生产性事故、交通事故、战争、社会暴力动乱以及社会犯罪行为等，还有各种环境问题也常常导致人为灾害的发生。虽然目前将某些人为灾害遗址遗迹等作为旅游资源来加以开发利用的成功案例还不多，但笔者认为，只要能够把握旅游消费者的心理，精心设计，准确定位，其开发利用前景还是较为可观的。

英语语境:

In the southwest area the geographical conditions are very complicated, and all kinds of natural disasters are serious. Polytypic human-made hazard are widely distributed. For example, there are not only production-related accidents, traffic accidents, wars, social violence, turmoil, and social crimes but also human-made hazard caused by environmental problems. Although there are few successful instances of developing human-made hazard ruins as tourism resources, it is believed that the prospects are promising if human-made hazard ruins are carefully designed and correctly oriented and tourist mentality are fully considered.
