目的探讨康复心理治疗对延缓精神分裂症病人社会功能缺陷及复发的作用。方法将287例初发精神分裂症病人随机分为对照组(138例)和观察组(149例)。两组均行常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上进行8周康复心理治疗。于入院时及治疗8周末,用住院精神病病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)及自定约束不良言行标准评定病人近期疗效;出院后随访1年,1年后,用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评定病人院外社会功能缺陷情况,并比较两组病人复发情况。结果治疗8周末,观察组IPROS总分及各因子分显著低于对照组(均P<0.01);其主要不良言行人均发生次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。

Objective To investigate the function of recovery psychotherapy to prevent the first episode schizophrenics from having social function defects, and to decrease the relapse rate. Methods 287 first episode schizophrenics were randomly divided into observation group (149 cases) and control group (138 cases). The observation group received recovery psychotherapy for 8 weeks, then the efficacy was measured by IPROS and self-made standard. After one year, the social function defect was measured by SDSS and the relapse rate of the two groups was compared. Results After 8 weeks, the score of the IPROS and the bad behavior of the observation group were less than the control group.

目的探讨康复心理治疗对冠心病患者临床症状及心功能的影响。方法选取本院收治的46例冠心病患者,随机均分为对照组(单纯药物治疗)和观察组(运动康复药物治疗)。比较两组患者心绞痛发作频率、硝酸甘油用量和心功能分级的差异。结果观察组心绞痛发作频率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),硝酸甘油用量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心功能改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复心理治疗用于冠心病患者效果确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological rehabilitation therapy for clinical symptoms, heart function of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods 46 cases of CHD in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(received pure drug treatment) and observation group(received exercise rehabilitation drug treatment).Frequency of angina pectoris,nitroglycerin consumption and functional class score of two groups were compared. Results Frequency of angina pectoris in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),the dosage of nitroglycerin consumption in observation group was significantly less than that of control group(P<0.05).Heart functional class score of observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion Psychological rehabilitation therapy for CHD has exact effect.
