英语语境:
The research about Internet Deviate Behavior began in the 1990s in abroad. The areas include causes of internet abuse, classification, impacts and management control. And the domestic research is only just on the way. This paper first introduces the concept of Internet Deviate Behavior, high-tech enterprises and the research in foreign and domestic. Then an empirical research is conducted to investigate the present situation of Internet Deviate Behavior in the high-tech enterprises in China. Finally, the organizational factors which have caused this phenomenon are analyzed. It is hoped that this paper could provide a basis for effective management of the network deviant practice.
