In designing an Adolescence Attributional Style Questionnaire from the perspective of adolescence mental health diathesis, scholars first used an interview and an expert rating method to establish the dimensions and items. Then they employed the item distinguishing analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to revise the questionnaire. Finally four dimensions of the questionnaire came into being. The questionnaire designed by this means showed satisfactory reliability and validity.
