Through revising the emotional coping questionnaire of Stanton, the researcher discusses the mutual relationship between the emotional approach coping and other coping strategies and verifies its adaptive significance. Finally, based on the questionnaire research, the researcher, according to the theory of emotional approach coping, designs the group training for stress management and carries out clinical intervention of 19 undergraduates as volunteers.
