荣格疗法亦称“分析心理疗法”。也是精神分析心理治疗方法。它以荣格的心理理论为指导。荣格将力比多视为一种基本的心理能量，力比多不仅仅是性力。并认为当个体的情绪和行为与其强大的本能发生抵触时，就会给潜意识内容赋予不恰当的符号性意义，从而产生困扰。
英语语境:
Jungian therapy is also called “analysis psychotherapy”. It is also psychoanalytic psychotherapy. It is guided by Carl Jung's psychological theory. Carl Jung regarded libido as a basic psychological energy and libido is not just sex force. He also held that when the emotions and behaviors of individuals collide with their powerful instincts, they would give the unconscious content inappropriate symbolic meanings; therefore, the troubles were produced.
