自班级授课制在学校中实行以来,班级中就始终存在着各种各样的非正式群体。它产生于人的团体归属感。根据教育管理学、学校管理心理学、组织行为学中的行为科学管理理论,包括激励理论、群体行为理论等理论,采用分层抽样的方法,以延吉市第七中学三个年级各三个班级的学生作为研究对象,运用文献法、社会测量法、调查法、统计分析法等研究方法,对初中生非正式群体的现状进行了实证研究。

Ever since the execution of class teaching system in schools, there have been various types of informal groups in classes, which stems from the sense of group belonging. According to the behavior management theories including motivation theory and group behavior theory in education management, school management psychology, organization behaviors, stratified sampling, statistical analysis and so on are adopted and an empirical study was conducted to the informal groups of junior middle school students.
