英美社会工作实务概念界定存在“非专业、非社工“的慈善公益服务，社会工作教育培训，社会个案工作方法，社会工作专门服务领域，以及社会工作实务概念的内涵外延界定五种最主要模式。在描述社工实务概念结构、层次与相互关系基础上，总结社会工作实务范围内容结构性演变规律。社会工作实务由非专业到专业服务，由直接服务到间接服务，由点面性服务到系统性服务，全面性、过程性、专业性、系统性社会工作服务体系框架形成，反映社会工作专业成熟程度。在此基础上，笔者首次界定现代取向的社会工作实务概念框架内涵，建构现代社会工作实务体系，目的是为建构中国特色社会工作制度框架设计与实务体系提供历史智慧，为构建健康福祉和谐社会，创造幸福美好新生活贡献社工专业智慧，指明中国特色社工实务与专业发展方向。

英语语境:

The definition of British-American social work practice contains the following five modes: "non-professional, non-social work" charitable services, social work education and training, social casework methods, specialized services fields of social work, as well as the connotation and extension of the concept of social work practice. Based on the description of the conceptual structure, levels and mutual relations of social work practice, the author gives the summary of the structural evolution law of the content of social work practice. Social work practice has developed from non-professional services to professional ones, from direct services to indirect ones, and from point-faceted services to systemic ones. Overall, procedural, professional and systematic framework of social work services has been formed, reflecting the maturity of social work.On this basis, first we define the conceptual framework connotation of the modern oriented social work practice, and construct the modern social work practice system, aiming to provide historical wisdom for the construction of the socialism system framework design with Chinese characteristics and practice system and to contribute the wisdom of social work to the construction of healthy well-being harmonious society and the creation of happy new life, setting the developing direction for the social work practice and profession with Chinese characteristics.

社会个案工作是社会工作的三大工作方法之一,社会个案工作实务理论也是社会工作理论的重要板块。现今的社会工作实务理论和方法都是从西方引进,其产生和发展于西方的社会环境,与中国本土国情和文化有不适应之处,因此,为了社会个案工作服务的长远发展,有必要进行社会个案工作实务理论的本土化。社会个案工作实务理论的本土化包括两方面含义,一是西方社会工作实务理论对本土国情和文化的适应和运用。二是从本土的实务经验出发,发展出有本土文化特色的社会个案工作实务理论。

英语语境:

Social case work is one of the three major work methods of social work. And case work practice theory is an important plate of social work. Social work practice theory and approach today are imported from the west, and its emergence and development are from the western social environment. There are deficiencies, therefore, for Chinese local conditions and culture to the long-term development of casework service, it is necessary for the localizaiton of social work practice theory. Case work practice theory of localization includes two aspects, one is the western social work practice theory to adapt to local conditions and culture, and the other is based on the practice experience from the local perspective to promote the development of the social case work practice theory that contains the local cultural characteristics.
