The Adolescent Students Alienation Scale includes three dimensions: Social Alienation, Interpersonal Alienation, and Environmental Alienation. It contains nine dimensions: sense non-meaning, sense of self-alienation, sense of loneliness, natural alienation, alienation between family members, alienation living situation, sense of oppression and restriction, sense of uncontrollability and sense of social isolation. Inspection indicates that the scale is of validity and reliability.The results show that with the rising of grades, college students'sense of alienation will have different degree, and juniors have the greatest degree. There are significant differences in college students from different backgrounds in alienation and its dimensions. Due to the different levels of self-esteem and social support, college students'sense of alienation have different degrees. With the rising level of self-esteem, social support will increase. In addition, when we regard self-esteem and social support as mediate variants, the characteristic of the population can influence college students'sense of alienation.
