Individual mental problems are related to unfinished businesses, which remain in one's subconscious or conscious, consume one's energy and time, and left one drown in negative emotions by connecting with one's real life. For example, one can't forget how his families, friends and spouse hurt him, or how he hurts them. These are common unfinished businesses. Gestalt therapy holds the belief that handling unfinished businesses well can solve or relieve individual's trouble.
