英语语境:
At present, there is a variety of treatments for IH, including steroids, chemotherapy drugs, kaser, hardener, surgical removal, etc. Now there is still no evidence to show that exactly which approach is better for the treatment of IH. The steriod hormone was used as the first-line treatment drugs before propranolol was reported in 2008. Since propranolol caught the attention of clinicians, it has always been debatable whether it is worth wide application.
