Though some limitations exist in the relationship between learning style and foreign language learning, the research on learning style brings about important implications on foreign language teaching. Based on learning style differences, measures of improving foreign language teaching are elucidated from five aspects including gender difference, cultural difference, matching teaching style and learning style, computer aided teaching, and learning style and learning strategy training.
