为探究音乐治疗对羞怯青少年的干预效果及机制，并与传统的认知行为疗法进行对比分析，本研究选取北京市某中学具有一定羞怯行为的30名中学生，并随机分成音乐治疗干预组、认知行为干预组和控制组，两个实验组分别接受认知行为和音乐治疗的团体干预，控制组不进行任何干预。

In order to explore the effectiveness and advantages of music therapy on shy adolescents and its mechanism and compare with traditional cognitive therapy, 30 students with shy behaviors and high social anxiety were recruited from one Beijing middle school and were randomly divided into three groups, which are music therapy group, cognitive-behavioral group and control group. The two experimental groups received group intervention of music therapy and cognitive behavior for eight weeks respectively.
