自我迷图是一种心理治疗方法。将患者的自我分析与判断和治疗过程相结合，以帮助患者认识自己并发挥主观积极性。其核心就是使患者充分暴露自己，分析自己，从而达到认识自己、加强自我控制的目的。治疗中，给患者一些不同颜色的笔和白纸，让患者先分析自己，然后画一张最能代表自己的图画(具体如何画由患者自己确定)。画好之后，让患者谈谈自己的画。通过这样的方法，使患者了解自己、认识自己，增强自我力量，达到治疗的目的。临床上常用于对患者的诊断、分析。

The self-puzzle, which is a type of psychotherapy, combines the patients'self-analysis and therapic process so as to help the patients know themselves and give full play to their initiative. Essentially, it is aimed at making the patient fully expose and analyze themselves so as to know themselves and strengthen their self-control. During the treatment, patients are given some pens of differnt colours and sheets of white paper. Patients first analyze themselves and then draw a picture that can best represent themselves (how to draw the picture is up to the patients). When finishing drawing, the patients are invited to talk about their pictures. By means of this, patients can know themselves, discover themselves and strengthen their own power, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment. Clinically, it is employed to diagnoze and analyze patients.
