Six drug-fast trichoderma strains were obtained from antagonistic trichoderma T30 by ultraviolet mutation and chlorothalonil medicinal cultivation. These strains could grow well in the medium at chlorothalonil concentration of l100mg/L. Through a series of tests such as sensitivity to chlorothalonil, antagonism to pathogens, genetic stability of resistance and cross resistance, an ideal drug-fast strain T30B-3-3m was screened.
