Automobile phosphate coating is one chemical processing craft that is conducted on the automobile components surface, in the process of which the wastewater has large phosphorus quantity. Using lime law to treat it with appropriate pH condition can make PO43-reach fine precipitation effect, and the lime is very cheap, so it is very economical. Through research the effect to deal phosphating wastewater by CaCl2, the effect influence about pH and Ca2 density to SO43-precipitation are analysed and tested.
