Silane coupling agent was used to modify nano-aluminum oxide and infrared spectroscopy（FTIR), transmission electron microscopy（TEM）as well as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS）were used to verify surface chemical groups change of nano-aluminum oxide. Then, the modified nano-aluminum oxide was added into aqueous polyurethane. It scattered, filmed and cured under certain conditions. By testing the abradability, it was found that addition of nano particles can greatly improve the abradability of the film.
