A series of measurements of chemical oxygen-iodine laser（COIL）mirror's reflectivity after air stream contamination and purification were carried out by means of cavity ring-down spectroscopy. The measurement results show that the pollution from some materials of the air stream can reduce the reflectivity of the mirror and great difference exists with different cleaning methods. The First Contact TM solution has significant effect in the increasie of reflectivity.
