为了研究电网对风电的接纳能力，根据冬季典型日的电、热负荷以及风电出力特性，提出了一种独立电网中含热电机组、纯凝机组和风电机组等电源结构的电、热负荷优化分配方案，并根据优化结果研究了热负荷对风电消纳率的影响。分析结果表明，热负荷的变化将引起系统优化调度、风电消纳率发生变化。
英语语境:
In order to study the receptivity of power grid to wind power, according to electrical and thermal load as well as wind power output characteristics of the typical days in winter, an optimal electrical and thermal load distribution plan is proposed for power structure in thermoelectric units, pure condensing turbine and wind turbine units of independent grid and the effect of thermal load on wind power accommodation rate is studied according to the optimization results. Analysis shows that the change of thermal load will lead to change of the system optimization scheduling and accommodation rate of wind power .
