Hence, carrying a study on pollution mechanism, survey evaluation and treatment of polluted soil is of vital importance to environmental protection. The current situation of physical-mechanical character, pollution mechanism, testing techniques and risk assessments for polluted soil are summarized. Furthermore, research content and orientation are also pointed out.
