英语语境:

It is shown in the 500hPa map that, under the influence of the warm advection, the weather process developed toward northeast from the Ural ridge, and formed an east-west trough over northern Xinjiang. Because of the east wind on the northern part of northern Xinjiang on the middle and the lower level, a large range of east wind formed on the ground layer of northern Xinjiang. This east stream passed the wind-gap in Tacheng and resulted in strong downslope winds.
