The industrialization process that satisfies the four requirements will bring about two tides of labor force migrations, which would assist the country in turn into an urban society. Highly developed industries depend on large-scale economy and concentrated economy. In this sense, urbanization is the inevitable result of industrialization, and the indispensable condition of industrialization. The pace of urbanization process is quickened with the adjustment of industrial structure.
