随着近年来经济的快速发展，城市化迅速推进，城市土地资源的流转速度加快，用地需求不断发生变化，为满足土地和资源管理工作的需要，迫切需要建立土地资源综合业务管理系统，以适应科学化管理土地资源。在该地籍管理信息系统开发时，主要以J2EE开发平台，采用MVC模式来实现，结合Struts框架。系统主要包括土地登记、地籍测量、统计管理、地籍档案管理、统计查询5大模块，通过此5大模块，实现整个一体化联动机制的分析准确，查管互动，加强管理高效运转与有效衔接。

With the rapid economic development, the rapid advance of urbanization and the accelerated transfer of land in recent years, the situation of land is changing. In order to meet the need for land and resource management, land and resources are needed to build an integrated business management system to adapt to scientific management of land resources. In the exploitation of the cadastral management information system, combined with the struts framework, mainly in the J2EE development platform, we use a MVC model to achieve improvement. The system mainly includes land registration, cadastral survey, statistical management, cadastral records management and statistical inquiry, through which we realize the entire integrated linkage mechanism analysis is accurate. And then we check out the pipe interaction, strengthen the management of efficient operation and effective convergence.
