英语语境:
According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China, those not signing labor contrast but are hired are in flexible employment. Flexible employment helps to deal with the serious unemployment problems in our country. However, due to the instability, irregularity in labor relations, social security and income, they are usually regarded as illegal ones.
