当今，价值创造的基本逻辑开始发生改变。传统的价值链理论已经难以满足日益激烈的市场竞争需求，企业战略相对优势需要从营造价值创造系统——价值星系的角度进行考察。然而，目前的价值星系理论研究更多地关注于处于优势地位的恒星企业以及价值系统内部相互关系的探索，而对行星企业和卫星企业的关注相对较少。由于不同级别的企业所处的地位和分工存在差异，使得这些企业在价值系统中所扮演的角色也不相同。

英语语境:

The basic logic of value creation has begun to change nowadays. The traditional value chain theory has been unable to meet the requirements of the fierce market competition and the comparative advantages of the enterprise strategies should be examined from the respect of the value creation system--value constellation. However, the researches on value constellation pay more attention to the star enterprises which are in a dominant position and their internal relationships of the value systems and pay less attention to the planetary and satellite enterprises. The enterprises in different levels are in different positions and have different works to do, which make them play different roles in the value system.
