劳动安全管理是指消除危害人身的一切不良因素以保障人们安全、健康、舒适地工作以及消除损坏劳动设备、产品(商品)、原材料的一切危险因素，以保证生产劳动正常进行的一系列活动。现场安全管理有两种倾向值得注意:一是重视主要工种，忽视一般工种；二是重视关键人，忽视其他人员。为了保证施工生产劳动安全，施工安全管理中就运用了劳动安全管理体系。

英语语境:

Labour Safety Management means to eliminate all adverse factors which endanger people to ensure the safety, healthy and comfortable work and to eliminate equipment, products (goods), raw materials of all risk factors, in order to ensure a series of normal activities of productive labor. In site safety management, there are two tendencies worth noting: the first is paying attention to the main jobs, neglecting general jobs; the second is paying attention to the key people, ignoring other people. Labour Safety Management is used to guarantee the construction labor safety in construction safety management.
