强化激励是一种重要的激励法方法。主要有两个激励方向:正强化和负强化。正强化是指管理者对于员工正确的思想或行为进行肯定嘉奖以使员工保持该思想或行为,负强化是指对员工不正确的思想或行为进行批评或处罚以使员工改正错误的思想行为。但是,在管理实践中,这两种方法的使用不能简单化和绝对化。合理使用强化激励的方法也是领导艺术的体现。
英语语境:
Strengthening incentive is an important incentive method. There are two main incentives: the positive strengthening incentive and negative strengthening incentive. Positive strengthening incentive is that the manager rewards employees for their good ideas or behaviors to encourage the employees; negative strengthening incentive is that the manager criticizes or punishes employees for their bad ideas or behaviors to make sure they won't make the same mistake. However, in the management practice, we cannot simplify or absolutize the use of these two methods. The rational use of strengthening incentive method is also the embodiment of the art of leadership.
