群体沟通指的是组织中两个或两个以上相互作用、相互依赖的个体，为了达到基于其各自目的的群体特定目标而组成的集合体，并在此集合体中进行交流的过程。现实中，群体沟通不是通过单一渠道和单一形式的沟通，而是把各种沟通方式组合起来，形成了沟通网络。当个体之间的相互包容度高到一定程度的时候，群体通过沟通可以形成一致意见。

Group communication is a process that two or more than two interactional and interdependent individuals of the organization communicate with one another in order to achieve the goal of the groups which they belong to. In reality, instead of communicating by a single channel or a single form, the group combine different ways to form a communication network. When the tolerance between the individuals reaches a certain degree, the group can reach an agreement through group communication.
