融资策略是公司在筹资决策中采用的安排长、短期资金比例的策略。融资策略有三种类型：激进型融资策略，即公司的全部长期资产和一部分长期性流动资产由长期资金融通，另一部分长期性流动资产和全部临时性流动资产由短期资金融通；适中型融资策略，即对流动性资产，用短期融资的方式来筹措资金，对长期性资产，包括长期性流动资产和固定资产，均用长期融资的方式来筹措资金，以使资产使用周期和负债的到期日相互配合；保守型融资策略，即公司不但以长期资金来融通长期流动性资产和固定资产，而且还以长期资金满足由于季节性或循环性波动而产生的部分或全部临时性流动资产的资金需求。

英语语境:

Financing strategy is the strategy by which the company decides the ratio of long term capital to short term capital. There are three types of financing strategy, radical financing strategy, moderate financing strategy and conservative financing strategy. Radical financing strategy is that all the long-term capital and part of the long-term liquidity of the company are financed by long-term capital and the other part of the long-term liquidity and all the temporary liquidity are financed by long-term capital. Moderate financing strategy is that the company finances the liquidity by short-term financing and finances the long-term capital including long-term liquidity and fixed assets by long-term capital so as to fully use the assets before the debt is due. Conservative financing strategy is that the company not only finances the long-term liquidity and fixed assets by long-term capital but also uses long-term capital to meet the needs of all or part of the temporary liquidity caused by seasonal or cyclic fluctuations.
