Financial leasing is that the lessor purchases the leased item from the supplier according to the the lessee's specific requirements of the leased item and the supplier and then rents out the leased item to the lessee. The lessee pays the rent to the lessor by installments and gets the right of use of the leased item while the ownership of the leased item belongs to the lessor. The ownership of the leased item will be transferred to the lessee when the rent is fully payed and the lessee has carried out the obligations according to the financial leasing contract after the expiration of the lease term.
