The ongoing European sovereign debt crisis is casting a gloom over the fragile recovery of the world economy. The flaws in the current framework of the European economic integration, along with the global financial tsunami, are responsible for the debt crisis. The evolutionary path of the crisis involves not only banking sector, non-financial private sector, but also the US economy as a whole. Although direct bad effects brought about by European sovereign debt crisis is limited and controllable, the crisis brings a great deal of uncertainty about crisis of China's economic perspectives.
