传统的组织评估方法是以个人为单位的，而今，组织评估越来越倾向于以完成任务的整个团队为评估单元。共同开发的团队管理剖面以及轮盘与指数组成了一套评估团队工作偏好的有效方法，同时，这套方法也可以用来对个人或组织偏好进行评估。团队管理剖面问卷利用64个标准化的固定选项的问题，围绕关系、信息、决策以及组织四个关键因素来评估团队工作偏好。团队的各项得分会被标绘在团队管理轮盘上，据此得到团队的主要角色特征和两个相关角色特征。

Traditional organizational assessment methods take individuals as unit, but now organizational assessments are increasingly tending to be for a whole team completing tasks. Jointly developed team management profile and wheel-and-index constitute a set of effective methods to assess team work preferences, and at the same time this set of method can be used for individual and organizational work preferences. Questionaire of team management profile employs 64 questions with standardized fixed options, assessing team work preferences centering on relationships, information, decisions and organization. Each item's score will be marked on team management wheel according to which team's major role's characteristics and two relative roles'characteristics will be achieved.
