在组织传播学、媒体丰富度理论、个体主义和群体主义文化价值观理论、问题解决型团队理论以及组织沟通满意度理论的基础上,对利用面对面沟通(FTF)的小组和利用电脑中介沟通(CMC)的小组进行沟通满意度和沟通效率的比较。研究主要采用实验方法,具体实验设计中自变量为沟通形态、个体主义和群体主义价值观倾向,因变量为沟通满意度和沟通效率。研究认为:在问题解决型团队沟通过程中,对于媒体丰富度理论,如果加入价值观倾向因素,前人研究结果对于有个体主义价值观倾向的人群不适用;在涉及到沟通满意度的时候,媒体丰富度和沟通满意度没有呈现正相关;当涉及到沟通效率的时候则为明显的负相关。
英语语境:
Based on organizational communication studies, media richness theory, individualistic and collective theory of cultural values, theory of problem-solving team and theory of orgnization communication satisfaction, we compare the communication satisfaction and communication efficiency for groups using face-to-face communication(FTF) and groups employing computer medium commuication(CMC). The study mainly adopts experimental method with communication forms, individualistic and collective values tendency as independent variable, communication satisfaction and communication efficiency as dependent variable. The study shows that in the process of communication among problem-solving teams, previous study result doesn't apply to people tend to have individualistic values if values tendency is added in terms of theory of media richness; when it comes to communication satisfaction, media richness and communication satisfaction aren't positively correlated; to communication efficiency they are negatively correlated.
