企业资源规划（ERP）是一提供即时资讯的整合性系统，现今大部分的企业已经跟随科技的脚步，希望藉由ERP系统，让传统企业作业流程的弊病如人力重复的浪费、资讯传播的延迟以及无谓损失减至最低。然而，以往在导入专案时，常将焦点放在软硬件等IT设备是否齐全，容易忽略企业最重要的根本——人力。于是，在专案导入完成后，却发现经营绩效不升反降，产生企业内部对ERP的排斥问题，造成许多ERP导入专案的失败。因此，我们希望藉由分析企业选择不同的ERP规则与导入策略，找出最适的导入方针，期望能帮助将要导入ERP系统之企业ERP的规划与选择。
英语语境:
The main goal of enterprise resource planning（ERP） is to provide real-time information by an integrated system. Today, the majority of enterprises have adopted the latest technology. It minimizes operating procedures problems in traditional operating procedures, such as waste of manpower, information delivery delay and deadweight loss. However, in the past, when the projects were implemented in enterprises, they often focused on the software and other IT equipment, but ignored the staff, the primary in an enterprise. Therefore, after the implementations were complete, instead of pressing forward, they drew back because of enterprise internal exclusion. As a result, the ERP implementation projects failed. In this way, we hope to find out the best ERP planning and implementation strategies by analyzing companies'choices.
