Since China entered WTO, modern logistics has been one of the key elements in economic environmental innovation. More and more enterprises want to have a share in this potential logistic market. Market space, trade opportunities and local advantages of logistics as well as the inferior position in technology and cost are analyzed. After studying a case of a local production enterprise involving in the third-party logistics we draw a conclusion that enterprises should find target market according to its own capability and make implementation strategies and means of access.
