In order to build a modern logistics service network, the scattered service network in different areas should be connected by the modern logistics. The hub-and-spoke model is an effective network structure for intergrading the logistics resources, improving its efficiency and cutting off the logistics cost. We can put forward the idea and method for logistics network building on the basis of combing hub-and-spoke logistics network theoretical framwork. Analyzing cities around Xijiang River Basin, we can confirm the index system of network node level so as to build hub-and-spoke logistics network of cities around Xijiang River Basin. By quantitative computation, we can know the developmental sequences of different logistics cities under the whole logistics network planning exactly, thus providing method instruction for the building of modern logistics network.
