Bayesian Approach speaks of the furthur development of Bayesian theory of probability. Its theorem of convergence of opinions shows that the subjectivity and privacy of a prior probability will be substituted with the objectivity and publicity of a posterior probability as the evidences are increasing. It is called dynamic rationality to change the degree of credibility according to Bayes'theorem. However, the dynamic rationality depends on the rule of conditionalization. Thus, the rationality of induction is reduced to that of conditioinalization.
