Paradoxes have been puzzling philosophers during the whole intellectual history. After Godel's Incompleteness Theorem, many resolutions to paradox began to appear. They try to draw implications from linguistics. In the middle period of 20th century, pragmatics originated from the area of analytic philosophy and phenomenology-hermeneutics came to a basic agreement, i.e. the contextuality of human-world relation. In hermeneutics, the contextuality of human-world relation is posited on the basis of temporality.
