The major issue in reconstructing modern morality is the rationalization of morality, that is, how people understand the rationality of morality? Three factors are proposed to account for this, namely, the background of existence of modern morality, the transcendence of human rational power and the possibility of conversion of human nature. There is a possibility that the rationalization of morality could be approached from the relationships between the universe and human, between natural laws and humanity, and so on. It points to a different path of theoretical argumentation and a possible way of reconstructing modern morality.
