The non-reductionism in ethical naturalism is moral realism which acknowledges moral properties and the real existence of moral facts. It is opposed to the reduction of moral properties and moral facts to natural properties and natural facts as well as the redefinition of moral language as natural language. It is not the kind of naturalism which Moore criticized in Principia Ethica, but a special theory different from intuitionism and naturalistic reductionism.
