英语语境:
After Buddhism was introduced to the mainland, the“eightfold noble paths” was redefined as Sila, Samadhi and Panna. Among them, Samadhi is the vital one. After “Anapannasati Sutta” was translated, pranayama meditation became the practical way to reach the condition of Samadhi. Since then, “Chih-Kuan” of Tiantai, “Dhyana” of Zen and “Jiezuo” of Tantra and other practices appears successively, which represent the new development of Anapana pranayama.
