The main content of “insight” is to do away with traditional method, which claims Buddhism practice from obeying mitzvah to attaining wisdom in proper sequence, and to advocate the theory, which means “to compose one's mentality is equal to gain one's wisdom”. Notably, Tan sutra advocates such a new approach of Buddhism practice, meanwhile it does not deny the way of persistent practice, which is the essential stage that practicers who have natural capacity of an organ need experience.
