Huangdi Sijing (Four Canons of Emperor Hunag) is a representative work of the Yellow Emperor school. In the work could be found the combination of penal code, morality and Yin-Yang. This is the embyro of the Yin-Yang-based legal morality.The thoughts of Yin-Yang in the Chinese legal history has a very important position. It is the underlying force of the transformation of the judicial legislation in feudal society. Dong Zhongshu of the Han Dynasty in "Chunqiu Fanlu" has formally put forward the notion of Yin-Yang-based legal morality, the origin of which lies right in the Four Canons of Emperor Hunag.
