These tone sandhi phenomena are affected by such factors as the combination of tones, the tone value, grammatical relationship and the borrowed words. It has many Chinese loanwords, which have not only greatly enriched the storehouse of vocabulary but also profoundly affected its lexical structure and word-formation pattern, thus having brought about some changes in the dialect.
