英语语境:

The differences between Taiwan Guoyu and mainland Putonghua make a certain degree of communicative disorders on language and cultural exchanges across the Straits and disturb the language and cultural exchange activities in the various of the Chinese areas, as well as in the Chinese teaching and application activities all over the world. To promote Chinese to the world, to enhance the international influence of Chinese language, it is necessary to form a more consistent language expressions and language standards and make efforts to decrease or eliminate the language differences in the Chinese areas, especially between mainland China and Taiwan.
