量词作为表示事物或行为数量单位的词，是汉藏语系中具有鲜明特色的词类，量词的学习给外国学生带来了很大的困扰。然而，与对外汉语教学相结合的量词研究起步较晚，研究面狭窄，远远不能满足对外汉语量词教学的需要。

英语语境:

Measure Word, regarded as a unit of quantity or behavior, is the part of speech with distinctive features in the Sino-Tibetan language family. Learning of measure words brings great trouble to foreign students. However, research of measure words, the combination of Chinese teaching as a foreign language, is far from meeting the needs of measure word in the teaching practice because of the late starting and the narrow range of study.
