The theory of Three Scripts have been put forward respectively by Tang Lan, Chen Mengjia, Liu Youxin and Qiu Xigui. There are some similarities among their views, values and causes, and their differences chiefly lie in their standards of classification. Though some breakthroughs have been made in the traditional theory of Six Scripts, new contradictions arise and the limitations of the theory still exist.
