近代汉语副词“真个”所构成的副体结构的句法功能主要是作谓语，偶有作补语成分的。这种结构还有两个显著特点:一是从元代开始，出现了“真个+好+体词(短语)”的句式，明清时期数量就大增了；二是含副体结构的句子不少是无主句。副体结构存在的原因是这些短语具有述谓性。
