Analyzing the conditions of Chinese mixed up with English words in the community of Hong Kong, we find this phenomenon is not "mixed language with Chinese and English", nor "the bilingualism", but Chinese sentences are interspersed with English. In fact it is that loanwords from English are used directly in Chinese. As soon as they come into the Chinese sentence, they gain the series of Chinese’s characteristics naturally, and what they conform to is the structural rules of Chinese grammar. Analyzing the subjective reasons and objective reasons of this phenomenon, the paper claims that we should make a concrete analysis of concrete conditions, and differentiate among the different scope and objects. Moreover, we should intensify our investigation, pursuit and research from dynamic and developmental perspective.
